Not only does Ray LaHood, Secretary of Transportation, keep a blog at Fast Lane, but several government agencies have discovered and are using Twitter. These tech-trendy government types are not limited to the U.S. alone, however. Of particular interest is the unveiling of a blog by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev at what looks to be the end of March.
